The Milan branch of the regional agency for social housing, Aler, has issued a list of the asbestos-containing materials in all its real-estate assets according to the Italian law Legge 257/1992 and ministerial decree Decreto Ministeriale 6/9/1994.

Non-routine maintenance work in the Botticelli district of Milan within the framework of a three-year plan for the removal of asbestos from the properties of the public housing system.
